MK Collections – Exchange Policy

At MK Collections, we offer an exchange option for our PK Peshawari sandals under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Exchanges are only available for size or design issues.

2. Exchange Process

• Customers must notify us within 7 days via email or WhatsApp.
• The product must be shipped back in its original condition.
• Once received and inspected, we will send the requested exchange item.

3. Delivery Charges

• Customers are responsible for both return and reshipping delivery charges.
• Payment for shipping must be made in advance before the exchange is processed.
