By purchasing from MK Collections, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Authenticity & Description

• We provide high-quality K Fragrances, carefully curated for long-lasting scents.
• Product descriptions and images are for reference; slight variations in scent intensity may occur.

2. Order & Payment

• Orders are only processed after full payment is received.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• MK Collections reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or technical issues.

3. No Return & No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on fragrances.
• Refunds are only applicable if the wrong product is shipped due to our mistake. Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

4. Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of fragrances, exchanges are not allowed unless the wrong item was shipped.
• In case of an incorrect item, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Customers must pay the delivery charges for both sides (return and reshipment).

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary due to location or unforeseen delays.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.
