At MK Collections, we take pride in providing high-quality K Fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Customers are advised to carefully read the product descriptions before placing an order.
• Refunds are only applicable if the wrong product is shipped due to our mistake. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

2. No Exchange Policy

• We do not offer exchanges on fragrances for any reason, including change of mind or personal preferences.
• If an incorrect item is received due to our error, it must be unused and in its original packaging, and reported within 24 hours for resolution.
